Aperol Spritz

Refreshing and wonderfully Italian. This summery spritz consists of Aperol, Prosecco and Soda Water with orange and lemon chunks added for good measure. If you don't know what Aperol is, it's an Italian aperitif with bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and cinchona (among other botanicals).
