Bellini

It was invented by an Italian bartender called Giuseppe Cipriani who thought the unique colour of this drink reminded him of a toga painted in a Giovanni Bellini painting. Factoids aside though, if you like a bit of fizz, this is for you. You can have either peach or mango flavour.
