This is an ideal pre-dinner drink.
The strength of the spirit is softened by the marmalade without taking away any of the taste. It is then balanced with Cointreau and lemon juice.
- Beefeater 24 Gin
- Lemon juice
Make your own Breakfast Martini
- Chill a cocktail glass
- Add all ingredients to a Boston glass and stir without ice, to loosen the marmalade
- Shake with cubed ice
- Remove the chilling ice from the cocktail glass and double strain into the glass
