Clover Club

Clover Club

The Clover Club Cocktail is a drink that pre-dates Prohibition

It was named after a Philadelphia men's club of the same name in the Bellevue-Stratford which was a popular haunt for literary, legal, financial and business lights of the Quaker City. It has a long history dating back to at least 1910 and is deliciously light with a slightly tart edge to it.
