Some people see it as just a rum and coke, but the lime makes all the difference. A sweet drink, with just enough sour from the lime to bring out the kick in the rum.

Ingredients

4 lime wedges

1 1/4oz Havana Club Especial Rum

Fill with cola

How to make a Cuba Libre

  1. Add limes to a long glass and muddle
  2. Add cubed ice
  3. Build ingredients on top of ice, then pull limes through drink gently with a spoon to mix the ingredients together
