Russian Spring Punch

Russian Spring Punch

Served over crushed ice, this long fruity classic has a hint of berries and lemon but is dried out nicely with the champagne

Ingredients

1oz Absolut Vodka

3/4oz creme de cassis

3/4oz lemon juice 

1/2oz sugar

Top with Mumm Champagne.


How to make a Russian Spring Punch

  1. 2/3 fill a long glass with crushed ice
  2. Add all the ingredients except the Champagne
  3. Churn the ingredients with a spoon
  4. Top with Champagne cap with crushed ice
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a straw
