Passion%20fruit%20margarita

A great drink if you want to get to know more about brandy. The brandy is given a sweet and sour kick with Cointreau and fresh lemon, and is then finished off with an energising sugar rim.

Ingredients

1oz cognac

1oz Cointreau

4 lemon wedges

How to make a Side Car

  1. Chill a cocktail glass with crushed ice
  2. Add all ingredients to a Boston glass and shake with cubed ice
  3. Remove crushed ice and rim the edge of the glass with sugar
  4. Strain the mixture into the glass
