TRAINING

When you join our team, you are assigned your very own In Store Trainer who will train you one-on-one to be the one of the best bartenders in the world. Whether you have been in the industry for five days or five years, everyone who joins the company is trained in the same way - starting at the grass roots of bartending. This level of training means that enthusiasm and the right attitude are more important than previous experience and we can ensure that we have a consistently excellent level of bartending across all of our sites. This process takes roughly eight weeks, but if you feel like you can turn it up a notch, you can always become a great bartender that much quicker!

Bartender DEVELOPMENT

Our commitment to staff development through team meetings, quarterly reviews and one-on-one feedback creates opportunities and encourages upward mobility at all levels. Most members of the team stay for at least two years. In the past ten years 10 of our employees have gone on to open their own bars.
