Great with either gin or vodka, this long and lusciously fruity cocktail has become a staple on the B@1 cocktail list (but that doesn’t mean it counts as one of your five a day!)

Your choice of Beefeater gin or Wyborowa vodka with lemon juice, sugar, mango liqueur and mango purée topped with soda water
