Operations Director

Andrew has an outstanding track record within the Uk leisure market. He is responsible for the day to day running of Be At One and takes great pleasure in ensuring that all guests have a fantastic experience in our bars.  ‘We have created a brilliant team of people who serve first-class cocktails to the best soundtrack in London, I have the best job!’

Tony Scott
business development Manager

Tony likes to draw colourful pictures and you'll never see him without his pencil case which is always jam-packed with crayons. He also collects shiny coins and enjoys being the Business Development Manager of the South West. If you go out drinking with him, make sure you take your wallet.

Not just a pretty face

Craig joined the Be At One team in September of 2011. He has many qualities, including a lovely face, and very nice hair. We're looking for the rest of his qualities, but hasn't he got nice strong arms?

Graham mcdonnell
HR and recruitment Manager

Graham's hospitality career began as a bartender in TGI Friday's in 1996 where he stayed to work his way to eventually head-up the Master Bartenders programme, training and certifying Master Bartenders all over the country. He first joined Be At One as a bartender in 2004 before moving off to Greece to manage late-night clubs and to catch some sun for two seasons. He then came back to the UK to find his true vocation in in HR. After spending some time working for large companies, including Nando's and Starbucks, on coming back to Be At One he said 'I couldn't resist the opportunity to join such a fun group of people. I absolutely love it!'

Sarah Swaysland
Communications Manager

Sarah is smart, funny and attractive. She is also responsible for all of the website content. Originally from the West-Country, Sarah started her hospitality career in Sydney, Australia. On arriving in London in 2006, she walked into B@1 Covent Garden and immediately fell in love with the concept of great service, great atmosphere and great drinks that B@1 strive to achieve. Sarah started as a bartender in Battersea Rise and worked her way into Recruitment and Training, and has more recently taken on the role of Communications Manager where she is responsible for all internal and external communication within Be At One.

Ben Tyrer
learning and Development Manager

Born and brought up in Hertfordshire, Ben has traversed the UK with his career, having worked in Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds and plenty of other towns. Having managed bar restaurants to nightclubs and all the in-between, Ben has also been a consultant for several independent bars. With Ben's passion always being in developing people, he has now found his home with B@1 and his role of Training and Development Manager.

Jonathan Moutia
Finance Manager

Jonathan was taken on as the company's financial administrator in March 2009. With over 10 years experience working as an accountant, Jonathan has worked in Practice, Commercial and Charity sectors. As an all-rounder, Jonathan gained most of his experience working for the national office of the Women's Institute for 7 years. Having had his fill of carrot cake, Jonathan then went on to work for an IT Company, and then a short stint for a credit crunch stricken construction company before joining the Be At One Team.

Lenka Andrejcakova
Company Enforcer

Hailing from Slovakia, Lenka came to B@1 from a retail background. She studied marketing and advertising before joining the team in September and is responsible for the day-to-day running of Head Office.
