Following his early years in Restaurant Management, Richard went on to lead Teams in Theme Parks, Pubs, Bars & Hotels & then back to Restaurants. Most recently he was a Senior Operations Manager at Pret A Manger. In his current role, Richard is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.
After leaving behind TGI Fridays as Head Waiter, Keith joined 3 friends in 1999 for a new challenge, brand and bar. Starting as a training manager he then moved up within the company pretty quickly and is now the Operations Manager for Be At One. His dedication and passion for the brand shines through, to which he often says "The hard work is really worth it!"
Originally from Weston-super-Mare, Sarah moved to Sydney when she was 18 and stayed there for four and a half years, gaining a degree from Sydney University and a passion for bartending in the process. On arriving in London in March 2006, she walked into B@1 Covent Garden and immediately fell in love with the concept of great service, great atmosphere and great tasting drinks that B@1 strive to achieve. Sarah started as a bartender and has since worked her way up to becoming Training Manager and more recently took on the role of Recruitment.
Jonathan was taken on as the company's financial administrator in March 2009. With over 10 years experience working as an accountant, Jonathan has worked in Practice, Commercial and Charity sectors. As an all-rounder, Jonathan gained most of his experience working for the national office of the Women's Institute for 7 years. Having had his fill of carrot cake, Jonathan then went on to work for an IT Company, and then a short stint for a credit crunch stricken construction company before joining the Be At One Team.
