Moscow Mule

The original mule-style drink was originally created because of an excess of vodka and ginger beer that wasn't selling well in 1950s America. It is so named because of the Russian affiliation to vodka and the 'kick' of the ginger beer. Whatever the history, it still tastes great (even though we use Polish vodka in ours...)
