Training
Every bartender goes through a six week training programme before certification to ensure consistency in all aspects of service and product. This level of training means that enthusiasm and the right attitude are more important than previous experience.
Staff Development
Our commitment to staff development through team meetings, quarterly reviews and one-on-one feedback creates opportunities and encourages upward mobility at all levels. Most members of the team stay for at least two years. In the past ten years six of our employees have gone on to open their own bars.
