Singapore Sling

How cool is this, we have two versions of this drink!!! Version One is the one that is based on the Raffles Hotel recipe, and is long and fruity with a herbal kick. Version Two is based on a variation of the Raffles recipe which has soda water instead of juice and is slightly drier (but still really good).

Version One: Gin, Cherry Brandy, Benedictine, Cointreau, Fresh Lime, Grenadine, Bitters and Pineapple Juice (£8.50)

Version Two: Gin, Cherry Brandy, Grenadine, Sweet and Sour and Soda Water (£7.50)
