Truffle

Another great after-dinner choice, it tastes exactly as it sounds, like a truffle (the expensive chocolate, not the expensive mushroom). Chocolatey, with a nutty accent and a sweet hint of amaretto. Yum!

Tuaca and Amaretto shaken with liquid chocolate and a dash of cream. Served straight up.
