Do I need to book in advance for Christmas?
We recommend booking your Christmas party as early as possible, as December is one of our busiest times of the year. Booking early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date and time for your Christmas celebration.

Can I bring someone under 18 to my Christmas party?
No. Be At One operates a strict 18+ policy, so all guests attending Christmas celebrations must be ages 18 or over.
What ID do I need for my Christmas party booking?
Be At One operates a Challenge 25 policy. If you're lucky enough to look under 25, you'll need to bring a valid form of ID, such as a UK driving licence, passport or PASS-approved identification card. We do not accept photocopies or photos of any forms of ID.
Can I hire a private area for my Christmas party?
Yes, private hire options are available, making us a great choice for private Christmas party venues. Whether you're organising a work Christmas party or a festive get-together with friends, our spaces can help create a celebration that gives that extra sparkle.
Can I decorate my table or party area?
Yes you're welcome to add your own festive touches to your celebration. However, we ask that you please do not use confetti or sparklers.
Can I request a specific area?
You can certainly request a specific area and we will try to accommodate it for you. However, all the seating plans are made on the night by the manager and your area will be allocated with regard to the size of your party and will depend on the size of any other bookings that we have in on the night.
What drinks are available at a Be At One Spitalfields Christmas party?

Can I get a refund on my deposit?
All deposits are non-refundable but your booking can be moved to another venue or date with advanced notice of at least 48 hours.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
The bookings form is only for the initial enquiry - your booking is not confirmed until you have been contacted by one of the bookings team, please be aware that you may be required to pay a deposit before your booking is secured.
