B@1 Monument

It's Be At One's first venture into the Square Mile with a beautiful site that is just metres from London's Monument and a stone's throw from London Bridge and Borough Market.

It's also our first split-level Be At One which has two bars; a bright, airy bar at ground level and an intimate basement bar, both designed with classic wood panelling with the old-school city in mind.

2. My number one guilty pleasure! ‘Shhhhh’ don’t tell anyone that one of most happiest moments is in the wee hours sandwiched in-between strangers who are now your best friends, sloshing mojito around and singing journey at the top of your lungs.
   
   B@1 somehow gets its SO right! On paper its shouldn’t work (Clapham junction is my normal haunt) as always rammed and hot but somehow it is always awesome! The closest you’ll get to Après ski without the mountains.
   The best bar staff in town so even if you do have to queue a bit for a drink there dancing on the bars and happy smiles, witty banter plus the friendly folk you meet in the queue make the waiting to be served part of the fun (and they’re always pretty speedy anyway).
   If you’re not into fun then stay away, if you live for giggles and partying with like minded silly folk then arrive!
   
   I can’t wait for the new one to open near work (Monument) but boy do I see trouble ahead….apologies to the boss for future Friday morning activity.

3. Hi
   I was at the B@1 in Monument on Friday night and I wanted to say I had a great time. I spent my evening in the upstairs bar and the staff were brilliant. They were chatty, dancing and singing and their enthusiasm made a great change to the staff at other bars in the City.
   I have been to a few B@1s and the staff are always good but I was particularly impressed with the ones at B@1 Monument!

9. Great cocktails, staff and atmosphere without a fail - well done! B@1 offers service so rare in London these days. The only thing I would change is the lack of food and perhaps put the music up a little. That way, I would never need to waste my money at apt and the like!

    Great Atmosphere for a Tuesday in March!
    
    Bar Staff were friendly and welcoming. Introduced himself, but I cant remember his name.... Probably to do with the fact we 'accidently' ordered 12 Cuban Pussys between 3 of us. OOPS.
    
    Will recommend to mate, and def be back
