A great drink for the gin-lover with a bit of class. It's so simple classic which dates back to the early 20th century.

Ingredients

3/4oz Beefeater Gin

3/4oz Cointreau

3/4oz lemon juice

3/4oz egg white

1/4oz sugar syrup


How to make a White Lady

  1. Chill a cocktail glass with crushed ice
  2. Add all ingredients to a Boston glass and shake with cubed ice
  3. Remove crushed ice and strain the mixture into the glass
