Customer Survey T&C’s

1. The terms and conditions below govern the “Late night survey / prize draw” that will take place across participating venues databases managed by Stonegate Pub Group on the dates set out below. Entrants will need to access the survey with internet access to participate.
2. The survey prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Stonegate Pub group, their immediate families and anyone connected.
3. The overall prize of “£150 bar tab and a VIP booth” is only available to Over 18’s only at participating Venues across the UK. No cash value equivalent.
4. The prize must be pre-booked in advance and is subject to availability.
5. The promoter is Stonegate Pub Company Ltd (company no.FC029895) whose registered office is at 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 4SJ.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the survey.
7. By entering the survey, each entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Survey entries can be made from Monday 13th September 2021 and must be received by 11.59pm on Monday 27th September 2021.
8. No responsibility is accepted for any survey entries not received in error.
9. A random customer prize draw will be administered on Thursday 30th September to select a winner of the £150 bar tab and VIP booth prize at their local late-night venue operated by Stonegate group.
10. The decision of Stonegate Pub Group in relation to the administration and any other aspect of the survey and prize draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Stonegate Pub Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the survey, these terms and conditions and by posting a notice to its website where it becomes necessary to do so, or in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of its control. Such notice shall be effective immediately when posted.
12. Stonegate Pub Group accepts no responsibility for entries or inability of any entrant to be able to participate or continue to participate in the survey for any reason, including due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
13. The Winner may be requested to take part in publicity – written consent will be sought by Stonegate Pub Group employees.
14. Stonegate Pub Group must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Stonegate Pub Group will publish the surname and county of the overall winner of the £150 bar tab prize to anyone who writes to Stonegate Pub Company, 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 4SJ. (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) by 30th September 2021.
15. If you object to any or all of your surname being published or made available, please contact Stonegate Pub Group. In such circumstances, Stonegate Pub Group must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Stonegate Pub Group will only process such personal details as submitted as part of your application as set out in the Privacy Policy found at www.stonegatepubs.com/privacy-policy. See also the above with regard to the announcement of winners.
17. Stonegate Pub Group reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to an entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
