Q. How long have you worked for Be At One?

A. Almost 2 years

Q. Which venues have you worked in?

A. Piccadilly circus only, the best one!

Q. What is your favourite BAO memory?

A. My certification shift on Halloween 2019!

Q. What is your proudest professional BAO moment?

A. Being a finalist in my first ever cocktail competition and it being chosen as the London Rising cocktail!

Q. What was the inspiration behind your cocktail?

A. When I created the cocktail I was thinking about how I am an Italian coming to live in London I get the chance to meet so many different cultures that made me realise if I could bring that into a cocktail many people would enjoy it. My cocktail represents a mixture of cultures just like London does.

A. A Sunday shift in BAO Monument when we had a big group of guests dressed as movie characters and did mock Creed fights beween Rocky and Apollo, power rangers drinking pornstars and it was a massive party.

Q. What is your proudest professional BAO moment?

A. Hard to choose, it’s been a fantastic professional journey from becoming a top trainer in the company, to being a bartender challenge finalist and becoming a GM of my own site.

Q. What is your favourite Be At One cocktail?

A. I can never say no to the classics, so Negroni is the absolute best for me.

A. Bartender Challenge final 2016, won best pourer in the company. Moving up from someone who knew nothing about cocktails to the GM of one of the most popular sites in London

Q. What is your favourite BAO memory?

A. Told a GM we were dressing up for a night out – he came in a sparkly suit but everyone else did all black and pretended to be his security and everyone believed it until a bouncer clicked they weren’t and threw them out!

Q. What is your proudest professional BAO moment?

A. When we didn’t have an AM in the north – it’s a hard to control area as it’s all spaced out – I got asked to step in and run the northern sites. At the end of running the area – we do divisional meetings – I was singled out by OD because the whole north was fully recruited in staff, and we were actually making profit! Very proud.

Q. What is your favourite Be At One cocktail?

A. Tommys Margarita or a Sazerac
